New Wine List

In association with Edencroft Wines we have put together a new wine list, which brings together the best of the old and new world wines as well as a broad range of Champagnes.

This is stage one in our endeavours to increase the interest and appreciation of wines and Champagnes. Through various events as well as an ever increasing wine and Champagne list for you to enjoy.

We will be publishing dates for our ongoing gourmet and wine tasting events. As well as our Champagne offers thoughout the year.

Willington Hall will also be helping to reintroduce us to a truly brilliant Champagne - AYALA.

Once the favoured tipple of King George VI and the Queen Mother, Ayala lost favour after the 2nd world War..... but no more! Since becoming a part of the Bollinger group in 2005 and the appointment of Herve Augustin at the helm, we have no doubt that Ayala will once again become a top tipple!
