Bob hill has been interested in art through out his life, moving from being a compulsive doodler to a professional artist during the past few years. His principal subjects are landscapes, cityscapes, docks and similar water scenes. Through all the mediums of oils, acrylic, watercolour and pastels, Bob explores the challenges posed by light and its reflections and refractions. Latterly Bob has explored abstract art, with a number of commissions being undertaken, as well as his fantastic representation of the ‘Pont Menai Bridge’ which plays with the perception of structure.
